abstract The present invention relates to a composition or anticancer adjuvant for preventing, improving or treating brain tumors comprising streptonigreen and anticancer agents. Specifically, the composition comprising the streptonigrin and temozolomide or streptonigrin and bevacizumab (bevacizumab; avastin) of the present invention has superior inhibitory effect on brain tumor cell lines when used alone. It can be effectively used as a composition for preventing, improving or treating brain tumors. In particular, the streptonigrin and temozolomide or bevacizumab can be administered simultaneously or sequentially, and when streptonigrin is combined with radiation therapy, the inhibitory effect on the brain tumor cell line may be significantly increased.
