abstract The present invention relates to the use of a peptide as a therapeutic agent, specifically in the autoimmune disease-based arthritis mouse model, the dimeric or trimeric peptide according to the present invention regulates the number of regulatory T cells and Th17 cells related to autoimmunity. And, since it was confirmed that the number of osteoclasts is reduced and the differentiation into osteoclasts was confirmed, the peptide of the present invention can be usefully used as a composition for the prevention or treatment of autoimmune diseases or bone metabolic diseases.
