titleOfInvention | Nanowires bound to antibodies for isolating exosomes and method for isolating exosomes using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a nanowire for separating exosomes bound to an antibody and a method for separating exosomes using the same. Circulating exosomes with a diameter of 40 nm to 150 nm were separated within 1 hour from a small sample using a nanowire for separating the exosomes bound with the antibody according to the present invention. In addition, it was confirmed that the amount of circulating exosomes detected in the sample obtained from the cancer patient was three times higher than that of the normal patient. Therefore, the nanowire for separating the exosomes to which the antibody of the present invention is bound and the method for separating the exosomes using the same can be useful for cancer diagnosis or prognosis prediction. |
