abstract |
The present invention generates somatic embryogenesis of Medicago plants containing 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) as auxin and thidiazuron (TDZ) as cytokinin. Provided is a medium composition. The medium composition for generating somatic embryos of the Medica high-speed plant according to the present invention includes a combination of new hormones compared to the conventional medium for generating Medicago Trunkatula somatic embryos, thereby improving somatic embryogenesis efficiency by about 10 times or more. Have In addition, when the method for transforming a Medica genus plant according to the present invention is used, it is possible to stably transform the Medicago trunctula reference genotype A17, which was very difficult to transform using the conventional method. Therefore, using the present invention, it is possible to study genome-based gene function and genetic manipulation of the Medicara Trunkatula reference genotype A17. |
