titleOfInvention | Composition for predicting radio-resistance or radio-sensitive ROMO1 marker and use thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for predicting radiation resistance or susceptibility, including an agent for measuring ROMO1, and a use thereof. When using the composition for predicting radiation resistance or susceptibility including the formulation for measuring ROMO1 of the present invention, as a result of analyzing Romo1 expression of various cancer cells irradiated with radiation, it was confirmed that radiation resistance appeared in cancer cells having high ROMO1 expression. In addition, as a result of analyzing the expression of ROMO1 in lung cancer patients who received radiation therapy, it was confirmed that the high expression group of the ROMO1 protein classified as a specific cut-off value had many recurrences, and the survival time was significantly shortened. Since it has a predictable effect on the sensitivity and resistance of cancer cells, it can be usefully used in related industries. |
