abstract The present invention relates to a method of inserting a target gene into a linear vector. Specifically, the method according to the present invention can not only clone the target gene of the influenza virus having various gene sequences by various subtypes independently of the sequence, but also restriction enzyme treatment and elution performed in the conventional cloning method ( Since processes such as elution and ligation can be omitted, it can be usefully used to easily and economically produce a vector into which a target gene has been inserted.
