abstract | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an electrically conductive thin film, and the method of manufacturing the electrically conductive thin film according to the present invention comprises (a) a mixture of a non-polar solvent in which tetraoctylammonium bromide (TOABr) is dissolved and a polar solvent in which a silver precursor is dissolved. Step of preparing the mixture (S100), (b) phase transition of the silver-thiosulfate anion ([Ag(S 2 O 3 ) 2 ] 3- ) with a non-polar solvent layer by adding a thiosulfate salt to the mixture ( S200), (c) separating the non-polar solvent layer where the silver-thiosulfate anion is phase-transferred, and then synthesizing silver nanoparticles by adding a reducing agent (S300), (d) in a non-polar solvent in which silver nanoparticles are dispersed , Forming a particle layer on the substrate by supporting the substrate (S400) and (e) forming a linker layer on the particle layer by supporting the substrate on which the particle layer is formed in an organic solvent in which a monomolecular substance having an amine group is dispersed ( S500). |
