abstract |
The present invention relates to a radioactive compound used in encephalopathy targeted proton emission tomography (PET). The compound of the present invention includes a radioactive compound for PET in which an amine group and [ 18 F] fluor are introduced. According to the present invention, by developing a new PET radioactive compound for the target of cranial neuropathy in which [ 18 F] fluorophenyl (or [ 18 F] fluoroalkyl) and an optimized amide group are introduced into various parental structures, it is used for the diagnosis of cranial neuropathy. It has the effect of providing TSPO affinity and thus providing ideal pharmacokinetic information for cranial neuropathy imaging. |
