titleOfInvention | Method for testing chemical shrinkage of cementitious material |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for measuring the chemical shrinkage of a cement-based material and a measuring device therefor. The method for measuring chemical shrinkage of cement-based materials according to the present invention is to continuously agitate Portland cement and water during the measurement period, thereby minimizing agglomeration caused by curing of the cement paste that progresses over time, regardless of the thickness of the paste. Since water can penetrate inside, it is possible to obtain the total amount of chemical contraction of the sample, and by measuring the temperature of the entire specimen in a water bath, it is possible to measure in various temperature ranges, thereby measuring the chemical contraction of structures constructed in various climatic environments. In addition, by automatically calculating the amount of chemical contraction by digitally processing the obtained image, it is possible to measure the test interval at a constant level, to measure it, to improve the reproducibility and precision of the results, and to provide convenience. |
