abstract |
Reinforcement with discontinuous fibers (a1) and resins (a2) for the purpose of solving the problems of strength and rigidity in welding lines, which are the problems of injection molded bodies, and enabling free design such as thin molding or complex shape molding of injection molded bodies. It is an integrally formed body in which the base material (a), an injection molded body (b) having discontinuous fibers (b1) and a resin (b2) are integrated, and each of the regions in which the long axis direction of the reinforcing base material (a) is divided into 10 equal parts. The difference in the orientation angle of the discontinuous fibers (a1) is within 10 °, and the reinforcing substrate (a) covers a part or all of the welding line of the injection molded body (b) to obtain an integrated molded body integral with the injection molded body (b). |
