titleOfInvention Peptide Substituted with Sulfide at the Terminal and Preparing Method Thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a peptide having a terminal substituted with a sulfhydryl (-SH) reactor and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, to a peptide derivative capable of disulfide binding to a carrier and a method for producing the peptide. Peptide in which the terminal according to the present invention is substituted with a sulfhydryl (-SH) reactor is represented by Formula 1 below. [Formula 1] D-SH In Formula 1, D is a peptide containing an amino acid peptide and a linker formed by peptide bonds. The peptide according to the present invention is useful as a functional cosmetic material such as whitening, wrinkle improvement, anti-inflammatory, etc. because it can increase transdermal permeability by being combined with a carrier capable of disulfide bonding.
