The present invention relates to a novel native bee-derived royal jelly protein 4-C terminal peptide and its antibacterial, antifungal and anti-yeast use. The main royal jelly protein 4-C terminal (AcMRJP4-C) peptide derived from the native honey bee ( Apis cerana ), an oriental bee of the present invention, was found to exhibit better antibacterial, antifungal, and antibacterial activity than the AcMRJP4 peptide. It is confirmed that the antifungal and anti-yeast activity is due to the C-terminus, and can be usefully used in related industries. |
