The present invention relates to an antioxidant and anti-obesity composition comprising a hydrolyzate of yellow beetroot mushroom as an active ingredient, and more specifically, a hydrolyzate obtained by fermenting a powder of yellow beetroot mushroom as an enzyme or an enzyme of alkaline or nutrase. It relates to an antioxidant and anti-obesity composition. The composition of the present invention has excellent antioxidant and anti-obesity effects. |
