titleOfInvention Method for producing resin film and resin film with fewer fine scratches
abstract [Problem] In order to prevent small scratches of the resin film, the present invention aims to add an improvement in the drying process of the resin film. [Solutions] In the present invention, in the step of drying the resin film obtained by applying the resin varnish on the support after peeling it from the support, the resin film is the ring body surface side that was not in contact with the support surface before being peeled off the support. Provided is a method of manufacturing a resin film that is brought into contact with a guide roll. In addition, the present invention is a resin film made of polyimide, polyamide or polyamideimide, and the resin film is generated in which micro-scratches having a size of 40 to 400 µm are present at a frequency of 100 to 1,000 pieces / cm 2. There is provided a resin film, which has a region, and the area where the micro-scratches are generated is 10% or less with respect to the area of the entire film.
