titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of magnetic iron oxide-carbon composite |
abstract | The present invention, (a) preparing Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles containing a hydroxyl group, (b) dispersing the Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles and glucose in a first solvent, (c) the Fe Refluxing the solution in which the 3 O 4 nanoparticles are dispersed and heating while mechanically stirring, (d) reacting by adding sulfuric acid to the solution to be heated, and (e) the solution where the reaction is terminated. It relates to a method of producing a magnetic iron oxide-carbon composite comprising the step of cooling and (f) selectively separating the precipitate contained in the solution of step (e). According to the present invention, carbonization is performed at a low temperature using glucose, a carbon precursor, and heat treatment is performed under reflux without high pressure and high temperature to form a carbon shell using glucose, and the porosity is increased and the surface area is increased. Carbon shell. |
