Differentiation method of securing large amount of cells by chopping target cell enriched 3D organoids prepared from human pluripotent stem cells |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for securing a large amount of final differentiated cells by culturing the corresponding stem cells or progenitor cells and inducing differentiation by patterning and dissolving 3D organoids produced from human pluripotent stem cells. It is expected to be very useful for cell therapy or screening of therapeutic drugs by showing remarkably superior effects in terms of reproducibility, stability, and functionality compared to cells differentiated by the existing differentiation method. |
