abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel use of the necrox compound to enhance the sensitivity of tumors to anticancer agents. Enhancement of susceptibility to the anticancer agent of the necrox compound in the present invention is particularly pronounced in Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) -positive cancer. In the present invention, the necrox compound may be usefully used as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition and a food composition for adjuvant anticancer agents for enhancing susceptibility to cancer cells. |
