Cosmetic skin care products include applicators and skin care compositions. The applicator includes a substrate in which a magnetic array is embedded. The magnetic array comprises a first layer of at least one dipole pair of alternating magnetic poles with a pitch of 1 mm to 3.5 mm and a first layer magnetic field strength of 12 mT to 30 mT. The skin care composition comprises 0.01% to 20% by weight of glycerin, 0.01% to 20% by weight of at least one silicone oil or silicone elastomer, 0.01% to 1% by weight of at least one thickener, and at least one fatty alcohol.
