It relates to a resin and a biocopolyester resin composite coated with an antistatic layer on the upper and / or lower surfaces. When the co-polyester resin is directly manufactured by using the masterbatch of the present invention or is composed of an antistatic layer on the surface of the resin, it has a surface resistance of 10 9 ~ 11 11 / ㎡ and can realize high antistatic performance. Even if it is coated with a barrier layer, it has an index of refraction similar to that of a typical copolyester resin (a level of about 1.5), which is a base material, and thus has an effect of maintaining high transparency without haze.
