Universal vaccine based on a shared tumor neoantigen for the prevention and treatment of microsatellite instability (MSI) cancer |
abstract |
The present invention is a method for producing a universal cancer vaccine peptide collection (CVP) for the prevention and treatment of patients with hereditary and sporadic microsatellite instability (MSI) tumors by selecting a collection of frame-shifted peptides (CFSP). It is about. The present invention also relates to a method of producing CVP by selecting a subset of frame-shift peptides (FSP) from CFSP and optionally modifying the amino acid ( aa ) sequence of FSP to generate a modified FSP (mFSP). The invention also relates to a nucleic acid collection encoding the CVP of an FSP in one or more vaccine vectors that may be used simultaneously. These CVPs, nucleic acids and vectors are used for the prevention or treatment of MSI cancer. |
