Provided is a core-sheath type composite fiber for shrinkage islet that has excellent color development and texture. In a core sheath-type composite fiber comprising a cationic flame-retardant copolymer polyester as a super component and a polyamide as a core component, the Raman around 1615 cm -1 measured in a polarization direction parallel to the polarization direction parallel to the fiber axis direction of the polyester component.
