abstract |
The present invention provides a manufacturing method in which air bubbles removal and foreign substance removal are compatible at a high level, and as a result, a laminate in which appearance defects are suppressed can be obtained. The manufacturing method of the laminate of the present invention is to pass a plurality of depth-type filters through a coating solution containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin to remove air bubbles and foreign substances, and to apply a coating solution through which the plurality of depth-type filters pass. It includes coating and drying on one side of the resin substrate to form a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer. The plurality of depth type filters include at least three types of depth type filters having different filtration precisions, and the final depth type filter through which the coating solution last passes has the lowest precision, and the final depth type filter Filtration precision is 50 µm to 100 µm. |
