abstract |
The present invention discloses a composition for improving chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using jangjanggeun extract and the like. Eosinophilic extracts, etc. inhibit the activation of neutrophil extracellular traps induced by PMA (phorbol myristate acetate), and inflammatory cytokines caused by CSE of bronchial epithelial cell line NCI-H292 cells. It suppresses the expression of phosphorus IL-8 and also suppresses the expression of the inflammatory cytokine MIP-2 in MH-S cells, alveolar macrophages activated by CES and lipopolysaccharide (LPS). In addition, neutrophil extract extract inhibits the invasion of immune cells in BALF and inhibits inflammatory cytokines and chemokines secretion in mouse models of respiratory disease induced by CSE and PPE. |
