titleOfInvention | Kit for DNA production method and DNA fragment connection |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for connecting two or more types of DNA fragments to regions homologous to each other to obtain linear or cyclic DNA, and a kit for linking DNA fragments used in the method. That is, the present invention prepares a reaction solution containing two or more types of DNA fragments and a protein having RecA family recombinase activity, and wherein the two or more types of DNA fragments have base sequences or bases homologous in the reaction solution. A DNA production method in which regions having complementary sequences are linked to each other to obtain linear or cyclic DNA. |
