abstract |
The present invention relates to an adsorbent having a selective adsorption capacity for sulfur hexafluoride and a gas separation method using the same, wherein the sulfur hexafluoride selective adsorbent is a metal organic framework having an unsaturated metal coordination group, and includes nitrogen and sulfur hexafluoride. It shows superior adsorption capacity to sulfur hexafluoride in the mixed gas as compared to nitrogen. Therefore, sulfur hexafluoride is separated and removed from the mixed gas using sulfur hexafluoride selective adsorbent to obtain a highly concentrated nitrogen gas, or can be usefully used for purification of the gas. |
