abstract |
The process for preparing 2-fluoroacrylate comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a vinyl ether having a structure of formula A with dichlorofluoromethane to obtain a substituted cyclopropane compound having a structure of formula B; (2) a substituted cyclopropane compound having the structure of formula B is mixed with R 2 OH to obtain an acetal product having the structure of formula C and then hydrolyzed to obtain 2-fluoroacrolein having the structure of formula D; Or decomposing a substituted cyclopropane compound having a structure of formula B by reaction with water to obtain 2-fluoroacrolein having a structure of formula D; (3) oxidizing 2-fluoroacrolein having a structure of formula D to obtain 2-fluoroacrylic acid having a structure of formula E; (4) A step is adopted in which a 2-fluoroacrylic acid having a structure of formula E is mixed with R 3 OH to obtain a 2-fluoroacrylate having a structure of formula F. |
