abstract This disclosure relates to an infrared band pass filter, wherein the filter comprises a first multilayer film. This first multilayer film includes a plurality of Si: NH layers and a low refractive index layer. The plurality of low-refractive index layers are alternatively laminated with Si: NH layers, and the difference between the refractive index of the Si: NH layer and the low refractive index layer is greater than 0.5. Such an infrared band pass filter has a pass band in the wavelength range between 800 nm and 1100 nm, and when the incident angle varies between 0 ° and 30 °, the center wavelength of the pass band is shifted to less than 12 nm. The infrared bandpass filter of the disclosure can be used to increase 3D image resolution when applied to 3D imaging systems [LCI].
