The present invention provides peptide nucleic acid derivatives that target the 5 'splice position of human ACC2 pre-mRNA. The peptide nucleic acid derivatives of the present invention strongly induce the production of splice variants of human ACC2 mRNA in cells and are useful for ameliorating the signs or symptoms of skin aging associated with human ACC2 protein. |
