titleOfInvention New microorganism of Aspergillus oryzae having control of aflatoxin production from Aspergillus flavus and the use thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a novel Aspergillus aurise microorganism and its use for inhibiting the production of aflatoxin derived from Aspergillus flavus strains. The novel microbial Aspergillus oryzae M2040 strain of the present invention includes a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2, and is derived from the Aflatoxin strain of the genus Aspergillus sp. It is characterized by having a production inhibitory ability and resolution. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a novel microorganism of Aspergillus duckase which inhibits the production of aflatoxin derived from an Aspergillus strain and simultaneously inhibits the growth of Aspergillus flavus. When manufacturing fermented foods containing soybeans, it is possible to produce soybeans from aflatoxin more safely, while preventing the contamination of aflatoxin in the soil itself when producing grains, thus enabling safe grain production from aflatoxin, which is a leading commercialization field. It is expected that the value of its use will increase due to the safe use of livestock feed.
