The present invention relates to a fish cake which has been applied to grain powder, and contains visual ribs, nuts, dried fruits, dried vegetables, dried seafood, etc., which has been improved visually, tastefully and nutritionally, and (a) using edible fish and shellfish. Preparing a batter, (b) mixing the broth, dietary fiber and grain powder prepared in step (a) to form a dough, and (c) forming the batter prepared in step (b) to a predetermined shape. By providing a configuration including the step of heat treatment, by maintaining the feeling of satiety by insoluble fiber and water-soluble fiber can be applied to diet foods. |
