abstract |
Provided are markers capable of predicting the differentiation resistance of pluripotent stem cells while in undifferentiated state, and methods of rapidly assessing the differentiation potential of pluripotent stem cells by using the expression of such markers as indicators. Means are also provided for searching for suitable culture conditions to maintain the differentiation potential of pluripotent stem cells using the expression of differentiation resistance predictive markers as indicators. Further provided are methods for evaluating a medium for pluripotent stem cells using the expression of differentiation resistance predictive markers as indicators. A method for predicting the differentiation potential of pluripotent stem cells, comprising measuring the expression level of CHD7 in human pluripotent stem cells. A method for measuring the medium for human pluripotent stem cells, comprising measuring the expression level of CHD7 in pluripotent stem cells. |
