abstract |
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer or inhibiting cancer metastasis, wherein the immunocheckpoint inhibitor comprises photothermal nanoparticles bound to the surface and an immunomodulator (adjuvant) as an active ingredient. It accumulates in tumor cells and shows significant effect on photothermal therapy by near-infrared irradiation, promotes differentiation of dendritic cells, and kills tumor cells, immune gateway inhibitors and immunomodulators as endogenous vaccines even after photothermal therapy It has a therapeutic effect on primary tumors as well as metastatic tumors. |
