abstract The present invention is a mulberry leaf or mulberry leaf powder, green mulberry leaves, using a dried one, but is not limited thereto. As cabbage kimchi prepared by mixing the seasoning with each other, the purpose is to provide a Chinese cabbage kimchi containing mulberry leaves and mulberry leaf powder so that people can ingest nutrients containing a large amount of mulberry leaves.
