abstract The present invention relates to a coating liquid composition and a method for producing the environmentally friendly paper. Coating liquid composition for producing an eco-friendly paper according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a natural polymer compound having a diameter of 10㎛ ~ 100㎛ size, silicon and water. Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to easily produce an eco-friendly paper that is excellent in antifouling properties and waterproofness, and includes a characteristic of a material being decomposed by microorganisms.
