titleOfInvention | Culture composition for enhancing functions of salivary glandular stem cells and method for enhancing functions of salivary glandular stem cells using same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a culture composition for enhancing the function of salivary gland stem cells and a method for enhancing the function of salivary gland stem cells using the same. Specifically, R-spondin (R-spondin) in three-dimensional culture of salivary gland stem cells isolated from human salivary gland tissues. Stem cell function is further enhanced by adding a culture composition containing a substitute material. Stem cell function is increased more than the conventional three-dimensional culture method, and R-spondin can replace R-spondin. The present invention relates to a culture method that is useful as an alternative material and increases the spheroid formation ability, differentiation capacity and secretion capacity of salivary gland stem cells. |
