abstract |
The present invention provides a Fab fragment capable of replacing an antibody and a novel di-valent Fab fragment, in which the Fab fragment specifically binds to Her2, at the C-terminus of the heavy chain constant region (C H1 ). Further includes a SARAH domain, the two Fab fragments can be recombined reversely through the sarah domain to form a dimer, and the Fab fragment has excellent antigen binding ability because the binding to the antigen is not inhibited. . |
