titleOfInvention Biosensor having vertical channel
abstract The biosensor according to the present embodiment includes: a cover in which a channel hole is formed, a substrate in which a channel hole is formed, a porous conductor in which a probe that reacts specifically with a target and whose electrical characteristics are changed, and a substrate are disposed. A detection structure, a cover, and a substrate, the spacer being positioned between the porous conductor and the porous conductor to support the porous conductor, and a first and second electrodes electrically connected to one end and the other end of the porous conductor, respectively. The channel holes together with the spacer form a channel in the vertical direction.
