titleOfInvention Method for Expansion of Human NK Cell Using HDAC Inhibitor
abstract The present invention relates to an expansion culture method of natural killer cells, and more particularly, to an expansion culture method of natural killer cells, characterized in that HDAC inhibitor is treated to cultured natural killer cells. By suppressing cell death of cells during expansion culture in vitro, the survival rate and yield of cells are remarkably improved, and natural killer cells necessary for cell therapy such as cancer treatment can be efficiently obtained.
