abstract The present invention relates to a high-concentration liquid fertilizer production apparatus using pure oxygen, and a control method thereof, and more particularly, to supply pure oxygen to a closed liquid liquefaction tank, to form a vortex by the stirrer to increase the oxygen solubility, and the internal pressure at a constant pressure Once reached, surplus oxygen is aerated into the other sealed liquefaction tank through the diffuser, minimizing the loss of pure oxygen while maintaining high dissolved oxygen in high-concentration organic wastes, thus maintaining a high concentration of MLSS (aeration microorganisms). The present invention relates to a liquid fertilizer manufacturing apparatus and a method of controlling the liquid which can be liquefied while significantly reducing the time.
