The present invention relates to a fuel production and power generation system for boilers that remove ash-induced components from fuel, and more specifically, fouling, slagging, high temperature corrosion, when operating boilers from herbal, wood, and algae biomass. The ash-induced components that cause adverse effects on the heating surface such as the reactor wall and heat exchanger such as clinker are removed through physical and chemical methods, and after removal, the solid phase components are used for burning or mixing with solid fuel, and the liquid phase containing ash-induced components. The components are treated in a low temperature condition in connection with RED power generators that apply RED to water treatment and dehydration including ionic components discharged by using methods including acid treatment, alkali, hot water treatment, membrane filtration, ion exchange, flocculation, adsorption, and centrifugation. The present invention relates to a fuel production and power generation system that removes ash-induced components in biomass. |
