The present invention relates to a 99m Tc-labeled isonitrile-containing glucose derivative having the structural formula [ 99m Tc- (CNDG) 6 ] + , and a method and use of the same. The derivative has a core of 99m Tc + and the carbon atom of isonitrile in CNDG is coordinated with 99m Tc (I) to form a six-fold coordination compound [ 99m Tc- (CNDG) 6 ] + . [ 99m Tc- (CNDG) 6 ] + derivatives are obtained by the synthesis of ligand CNDG and the preparation of a CNDG lyophilization kit. The derivative of the present invention is a novel 99m Tc-labeled isonitrile with excellent safety, easy to manufacture, high intake at the tumor site, excellent retention, high ratio of tumor / specific targets, and excellent performance for use in tumor imaging. As a glucose-containing derivative, it is advantageous for popularization and application. |
