The present invention relates to an acid-resistant yeast given lactic acid production ability and an ethanol production pathway is suppressed, and a method for producing lactic acid using the same. According to the present invention, the ethanol production is effectively inhibited in an acid-resistant yeast, and the LDH enzyme is strongly expressed and high. Expressed with efficiency, it is possible to produce lactic acid in high yield even at low pH without growth degradation. |
