The present invention relates to a core-shell composite particle, wherein the shell is carbon based and nonporous, the core is a porous aggregate containing a plurality of silicon particles, carbon and optionally additional components, and the silicon particles have an average particle size of 0.5 to 5 μm. and (d 50 ), which is present in the core at a ratio of ≧ 80% by weight based on the total weight of the core-shell composite particles. |
