abstract |
The present invention provides a tetracarboxylic acid component containing tetracarboxylic dianhydride containing a fluorine atom in an amount of 50 mol% or more and a diamine component containing diamine containing a fluorine atom in an amount of 50 mol% or more in a solvent. To the polyamic acid solution obtained by the reaction, a colloidal solution obtained by dispersing colloidal silica in an organic solvent is added so that the amount of silica is an amount of 1 to 100 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the tetracarboxylic acid component and the diamine component. It relates to a polyamic acid solution composition. |
