The (meth) acrylic copolymer of the present invention is a (meth) acrylic copolymer having a structural unit (B) derived from a polysiloxane block-containing polymerizable monomer (b) represented by the following formula (b1). In formula (b1), R < 30> represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, a represents the integer of 2-5, b represents the number of 0-50, c represents the integer of 0-18, d is 1- 1000 represents a number, e represents a number from 1 to 80, and R 31 to R 39 each represent an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a phenyl group, a substituted phenyl group, a phenoxy group or a substituted phenoxy group. |
