The present invention is composed of 23 to 55 parts of vegetable protein and 77 to 45 parts of polyvinyl alcohol high polymer, and the solution of the two substances is mixed to prepare a spinning stock solution, and degassed by wet spinning. In silk-like fibers made of vegetable proteins which are produced by spinning a tow and then undergoing a series of processes such as wet drawing, drying, dry heat drawing and enthusiasm, the physical properties of these silk-like fibers are similar to those of silk yarn. With hygroscopicity and breathability, the present invention will open a new direction of the manufacturing method as a sheet for mask packs, and will bring greater social and economic benefits. |
