abstract |
The present invention relates to a bentonite-hydrogel complex for delivery of probiotics comprising bentonite and probiotics as an active ingredient, a composition for delivery of probiotics comprising the same, and a method for preparing the same, including a probiotic in a bentonite and a hydrogel, thereby providing a delivery agent in a gastric fluid environment. Maintaining an internal pH can increase probiotic survival in gastric juice and improve delivery to the large intestine. |
