The present invention relates to a vesicle derived from a bacterium of the genus Velonella and its use, and the present inventors noted that the vesicles in clinical samples of gastric cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, stroke, and diabetic patients compared to normal people. When the vesicles isolated from the strain were reduced, it was experimentally confirmed that significantly suppresses the secretion of inflammatory mediators by pathogenic vesicles such as E. coli-derived vesicles. Gastric cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, stroke, or diagnosis of diabetes, and may be useful for the purpose of developing a composition for preventing, improving or treating the disease. |
