The fluid entrained particle separator directs an inlet passage for directing particles entrained in the fluid, a first separation passage branching from the inlet passage, a second separation passage branching from the inlet passage, and the particles to the first separation passage or the second separation passage. Electrodes for generating an electric field that exerts the electrophoretic force on the particles to make the first separation passage, the second separation passage, the electric field and the electrophoretic force extend in one plane. |
