abstract |
Methods of determining methylation of DNA are provided. In one exemplary, but non-limiting embodiment, the method comprises the steps of i) contacting a biological sample comprising a nucleic acid with a first matrix material comprising a first column or filter, wherein the matrix material is added to the nucleic acid in the sample.
